location was accessible. staff let me leave bags. a metro station was nearby it made it a good place for me.
i realize that i did not have air-con in the room. the furniture also needs replaced. i also found the room on the street and it cause some noise during the evening hours.

the location was excellent i especially liked the proximity to the grand place it was only a short walk. breakfast was superb i really appreciated the variety available. the coffee machine was available 24 hours this was very convenient for a quick refreshment.
the wifi connection was quite poor i had trouble staying connected. we had the same few towels during the entire stay and there was no cleaning service. the lack of fresh towels was definitely an inconvenience.

I found the location ideal for exploring. The room included a microwave, fridge, and other kitchen amenities, very useful. Having access to these facilities allowed us to make simple meals. The children also appreciated their separate sleeping area.
I noticed the parking area is rather small.

The hotel's location is very central, yet the room remained surprisingly quiet (a huge PLUS). The premises is close to the city centre and a metro station is only metres away, very convenient for getting around.

The breakfast had a good selection. A coffee server is available around the clock. The breakfast was really good.

The staff at reception were helpful and friendly . They made the process of getting keys and storing luggage very simple. I appreciate the efficient assistance they provided.
